Raw & single-origin

Honey, the way it tasted before it was processed.

We work with a handful of small apiaries to bring raw, single-origin honey to restaurants, retailers, and kitchens who care about where flavor comes from.

Our story

We work with the apiaries, not around them.

Every batch is sourced from a named apiary we visit each season. We pay above commodity rates so beekeepers can prioritize bee health over yield — which is exactly why the flavor stays this distinct, harvest to harvest.

What our wholesale partners say

"Every batch tastes like the season it was harvested in. Our menu notes the source apiary by name now — guests ask about it constantly."

"We tried four suppliers before this one. The consistency in sourcing transparency alone justified switching."

Wholesale questions

What is your minimum order quantity? +

MOQs vary by varietal and season. Wildflower and Orange Blossom typically start at 12 cases; limited harvests like Manuka and Buckwheat have smaller, allocation-based minimums.

Do you offer private labeling? +

Yes, for orders above our standard wholesale minimums. Reach out with your volume and timeline and we will scope it.

How is freshness/quality maintained in transit? +

Honey is naturally shelf-stable and does not require refrigeration. We ship in food-grade containers sized to your order volume.

Can we visit a source apiary? +

We arrange seasonal visits for wholesale partners ordering above a case minimum — ask in your inquiry and we will coordinate timing.
